What We’re Looking For Passion for the Automotive Industry – You love cars and helping people find the perfect one. Sales & Customer Service Experience – At least 1 year in a similar role. Energetic & Personable – You make great first impressions and build lasting relationships. Strong Communicator – Whether in person, over the phone, or through video, you connect effortlessly with clients. Highly Organized & Self‑Motivated – You thrive in a fast‑paced environment and stay ahead of the game. Team Player & Go‑Getter – You work well with others but also hustle independently. Valid Driver’s License – A must‑have for test drives and vehicle deliveries.
