You’ll coordinate daily operations, support field supervisors, and help manage schedules, resources, and communications across multiple job sites. This role is ideal for someone with strong field experience who is ready to take a leadership role – organizing people and equipment, solving problems on the fly, and ensuring that every job meets high standards of quality and safety.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, schedule, and coordinate crews, equipment, and materials across multiple projects.Support field supervisors with daily operations and logistics.Maintain strong communication with clients and project partners.Track production, costs, and progress for active projects.Assist with estimating, change orders, and project documentation.Ensure reporting, safety, and compliance are accurate and up to date.Promote a safe, respectful, and collaborative work environment.Qualifications5+ years of experience in civil construction, underground utilities, or oil & gas projects.Strong organizational and leadership skills.Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.Comfortable with Excel, email, and digital reporting tools.Valid Class 5 driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as needed.What Makes This Role ExcitingYou won’t just be managing – you’ll be building: stronger teams, smoother operations, and lasting relationships.
