If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to make an impact, we want to hear from youSalary: Up to $68K Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, edit and revise correspondenceDraft pleadings, motions, pre-trial/mediation memos, affidavits of documents and other legal documentsPrepare undertaking and productionsHandle client inquiries in a professional mannerOrganize and maintain client files to ensure deadlines are met and files are processed in a timely mannerManage incoming mail and emails and maintain daily calendarSchedule Examinations for Discovery and MediationsArrange medical legal appointments and prepare briefsOther general duties as required Qualifications3 to 5 years plaintiff personal injury experienceSuccessful completion of a Legal Assistant/ Law Clerk program or commensurate experiencePrimafact/Timematters experience is an assetExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skillsResponsive and proactive with ability to work both independently and in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment To applyJennifer Mulliganjennifer@cartelinc.comTagged as: Legal Assistant, Personal Injury, Tort #J-18808-Ljbffr
