OverviewSales Operations Manager to join Samsara to design, scale, and elevate the systems, processes, and policies that power our global sales engine. This role reports to senior leaders across go-to-market teams and focuses on Run-the-Business (RTB) processes to keep the Sales organization operating with speed, accuracy, and consistency as we grow. This role is open to candidates residing in Canada.In this role, you willOwn, scale, and uplevel Run-the-Business (RTB) processes that are critical to keeping Sales running seamlessly—driving accuracy, speed, and continuous improvement.Drive operational excellence in account segmentation, territory planning, and execution, building the frameworks and analyses that guide how we assign and manage books of business.Deliver and operationalize Sales Policies by translating strategy into clear, scalable, and auditable processes that create consistency across the field.Partner with Salesforce Systems and automation teams to enhance workflows, automate manual tasks, and drive efficiency across the Sales organization.Leverage Salesforce CRM and advanced Excel logic to manage complex ownership models, territory rules, and opportunity distribution.Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally and across new offices.Minimum requirements5+ years of experience in sales tools management or related roles.Proven success in managing tools for large sales teams (1,200+ users).Strong project management skills with experience in implementation and ROI measurement.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Familiarity with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and productivity software.Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or a related field; MBA is optional.An ideal candidate also hasExpertise in Salesforce CRM (Administrator experience a plus).Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.Experience in account segmentation, territory planning, and sales operations execution.Familiarity with automation tools (UiPath, RPA, Salesforce Flows, etc.).Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.Project/program management experience; familiarity with Lead-to-Cash systems or process improvement methodologies is a plus.Base pay rangeCA$93,500.00/yr - CA$110,000.00/yrAbout SamsaraSamsara (NYSE: IOT) is the pioneer of the Connected Operations Cloud, a platform that enables organizations that depend on physical operations to harness IoT data to develop actionable insights and improve operations.
