The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and deploying innovative solutions to meet the specific needs of our customers. Your Day with Equisoft Design and implement new functionalities and build upon the application architecture. Review colleagues’ code. Participate in agile meetings (daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, etc.). Analyze functionalities regarding business needs as well as technical solutions. Contribute to continuous deployment of applications with DevOps methodology. Participate in functional testing and documentation of existing and future applications. Ensure quality control through test scenarios to validate that systems and programs developed meet the specifications. Participate in maintenance activities of applications and product functionalities. Collaborate with different teams to solve customer issues. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology or College Diploma with 3 years of relevant experience. 8-10 years of experience as an application developer. Excellent knowledge and experience with Python and openness to work on .NET, Java, and Kotlin. Excellent knowledge of microservices architecture. Knowledge of GraphQL and REST APIs. Good knowledge of Object‑Oriented Development and SOLID principles. Good knowledge of unit tests and Test‑Driven Development. Knowledge of Agile and Kanban methodologies. Knowledge of DevOps Azure Pipeline. Experience in solving complex software engineering problems. Excellent knowledge of French & English (spoken and written). Soft Skills Strong sense of organization and prioritizing. Analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to communicate, write and synthesize information. Ability to multi‑task in a rapid‑paced environment. Team spirit, tact, diplomacy, autonomy, rigor, and discipline. Nice to haves Knowledge of Micronaut Framework. Experience in the finance and/or insurance field. Experience with React, TypeScript or Angular. Knowledge of OAuth2, OpenID.
