Job Overview Industry/ Organization Type: Civil Engineering Firm Position Title: Project Executive cum Admin Working Location: Lavender (near MRT) Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon - Fri (8.30am - 6pm) Salary Package: Basic Salary + Annual Bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Coordinate and compile documentation for bid submissions, including tender forms, questionnaires, and pre-qualification packages. Perform industry research and gather tender-related data from various sources such as search engines, business networks, and market intelligence platforms. Build and sustain strong relationships with current and prospective partners and clients. Design and develop presentation slides and visual materials for tender proposals. Support online marketing initiatives across multiple digital channels. Create promotional content such as brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials. Maintain and update project records. Assist with the preparation and renewal of ISO certifications, insurance policies, and business licenses. Carry out additional responsibilities by management. Qualifications Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of related experience in the building construction sector.
