Customer Experience Associate – Future Opportunities Join TD Securities as a Customer Experience Associate and help create delightful interactions with our customers through accurate financial transaction processing and personalized banking solutions. Location: Sarnia, Ontario, CanadaHours: 15 hrs per weekBusiness line: Personal & Commercial BankingPay: $22.00 – $27.21 CAD (plus variable compensation and benefits) Role Overview As a frontline associate at TD Canada Trust, you will handle a range of customer service transactions, provide information and advice on products and services, and work to ensure a high quality, customer‑focused experience. In This Role, You Will: Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments following standardized procedures and regulatory requirements. Assess customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions while maintaining confidentiality. Resolve customer concerns using standard procedures and escalating non‑standard issues as required. Achieve business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and promptly. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers about products and services. Contribute to a diverse, equitable work environment through teamwork and personal development. Support the team by maintaining communication and updating on routine activity status. Suggest operational improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience. Job Requirements High school diploma and at least one year of relevant experience. Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset. Strong administrative, organizational, planning and time‑management skills. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet. Initiative, accuracy, detail orientation and ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills when interacting with diverse customers.
