Vital Health Pharmacy is an inter‑professional, full‑service pharmacy and medical IV infusion clinic with a progressive specialty practice and upbeat team. We are welcoming applications for a new pharmacy manager with availability to start in January 2026. We seek an exceptional individual to help take our original location to new levels of patient care and efficiency, with staff working at the top of their scope. Responsibilities Patient counseling, medication reviews, vaccinations & prescription filling (intake) Pharmacy staff training Manage inventory to balance service level and working capital efficiency Maintain pharmacy according to BC College of Pharmacy standards Maintain & develop SOPs for pharmacy/clinic procedures Recruit and interview future staff for key hiring needs Develop & implement processes to improve customer service, workflow and profitability Become a preceptor for UBC pharmacy students Lead and work as a team to ensure exceptional customer service Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution Full Pharmacist License with BC College of Pharmacists Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Patient‑centered orientation Comfort with technology & innovation Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Health Care Provider Industry Health, Wellness & Fitness Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Vital Health Pharmacy by 2x Get notified about new Pharmacy Manager jobs in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. #J-18808-Ljbffr
