Job Description Join CIMA+’s Structural Building team and work on our projects located in the Montreal area, but also across the province of Quebec. As a drafter, you’ll work on various regional and provincial projects of all sizes, in the residential, commercial and institutional sectors. Working at CIMA+, you will collaborate with a highly qualified team in the development of solutions tailored to our customers’ needs. Primary Responsibilities Participate in the design and preparation of plans and specifications for structural building Design models and plans using Revit and AutoCAD software Monitor the preparation and quality of plans Participate in coordination with other disciplines (architecture, electricity, mechanical, etc.) Perform site surveys and drawing Conduct site visits to collect data Qualifications Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in building drafting or Diploma of Collegial Studies (DCS) in structure A minimum of five years’ relevant experience Relevant drafting experience on structural building projects Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD software Proficiency in spoken and written French ASP Construction card Valid driver’s license Why choose CIMA+?
