We are seeking an individual with strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Your responsibilities will extend to being a central point of contact for our customer service team, providing valuable support in managing customer inquiries and addressing technical questions. If you're a curious and fast learner with the ability to comprehend product and technical details, prepare comprehensive catalog pages, and deliver compelling product presentations, then you are the ideal candidate we are seeking. Additionally, your analytical prowess will be crucial in contributing to maintaining our product master data, ensuring accuracy on our website and publications.

Duties and Responsibilities: Coordination of data maintenance on spreadsheets ERP system (SAP) i.e. Product characteristics (dimension, packaging, finish…) Pricing and scales Amendments New products and discontinuations Coordinate samples requests with supply-chain for new products Helps to manage and source items from the pipeline and include response to spare parts requests, and closure to Service Requests as needed Assists developing and maintaining product catalog pages, mounting instructions, templates, presentations, price lists, etc. Collaborates with suppliers, procurement, and sales departments to maintain product programs Provide technical assistance to sales, customer service, and customers Resolves quality issues with suppliers and customers in cooperation with customer service and supply-chain Support with product lifecycle Assist marketing projects for showrooms and Assist with development and execution of new product launches. Attend sales events as required Assist on assembling and distribute samples and mock-ups
Skills: Strong basic mathematical skills are required: fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations Analytical thinking - Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions Ability to communicate technical details to a wide variety of audiences High learning agility, motivation, and curiosity Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word Hands on and proactive Mechanical aptitude
Education, Work Experience, Certification and /or Licensure Bachelor’s degree from four-year College or University or related industry experience Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related course Two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional nice to haves: SAP background Background in woodworking or architectural Technologist background Bilingual French
