Position Summary We are seeking skilled and dedicated ICU Nurses to join our dynamic team in British Columbia. As an ICU Nurse, you will be on the front lines of critical care, providing expert support to patients in life-threatening conditions. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in the ICU Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage life-support equipment Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Offer emotional support to patients and their families during challenging times Maintain accurate and timely documentation Support patient transfers to other departments or facilities Qualifications Current RN license in British Columbia BLS certification (required); ACLS preferred Minimum 2 years of ICU or critical care experience Strong clinical judgment and ability to work under pressure Excellent communication and teamwork skills Job Details Job Type: Full-time Pay Rate: $61.00–$65.00 per hour Additional Pay: Overtime pay Schedule Options: 12-hour Day and Night shifts Experience Required Minimum 2 years as a Registered Nurse Minimum 2 years in ICU settings About Us At Russell Tobin, we specialize in connecting healthcare professionals with meaningful career opportunities.
