You will provide personal care in home settings, assist mobilization and light exercise, observe and document changes, and report to your Manager/Supervisor. Light housekeeping tasks may be required as indicated. Qualifications Health Care Aide Certificate or Equivalent Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening within the last 6 months Negative TB test proof and up-to-date immunization record Commitment to work every other weekend Valid Class 5 Driver's License and reliable vehicle for home-to-home travel Strong verbal and written English communication skills; other languages an asset Reliability and strong organization skills Ability to safely lift up to 35 lbs.
