Senior Quantity Surveyor

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9am to 6pmKey ResponsibilitiesManage pre and post tender activities including quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and tender submissions.Prepare and review contracts, variation orders, progress claims, and final accounts.Source, negotiate, and procure materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.Monitor and control project budgets, implementing cost-saving and value engineering measures.Conduct site surveys and participate in measurements and valuations with clients and subcontractors.Coordinate with sales, design and project teams on all contractual and M&E matters.Analyze tender returns for cost competitiveness and contractual compliance.Support project teams with technical proposals, progress tracking, and resolution of contractual issues.Job RequirementsDegree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in commercial construction projects.Proficient in tools for quantity take-off and technical drawings.Familiar with contract administration, project budgeting, and cost control practices.Excellent numerical and financial analysis skills; strong attention to detail.Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively in a team.Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision. #J-18808-Ljbffr
