As the Merchandise Leader, you support the Merchandising Team Leader in driving outstanding guest experiences through effective floorset execution, merchandising updates, and replenishment. Job Description Your Responsibilities Support the Merchandising Team Leader to ensure the store represents AEO Brand Standards. Drive killer floorset execution by training and coaching the floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store meet floorset standards. Own day‑to‑day merchandising, sell‑through adjustments, and replenishment, identifying opportunities and collaborating with leadership. Maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment so the store always looks fresh. Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate team wins while prioritizing the guest experience. Ensure safety standards are maintained on the sales floor and in the stockroom and adhere to AEO policies and procedures. You’d Be Great For This Role If Love AE and Aerie products. Strong organization, attention to detail, and time‑management skills. Flexible availability for early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
