They operate within the guidelines of Transport Canada regulations and our company policies, delivering exceptional in-flight service and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism through the following key responsibilities:Strictly adhere to standard operating procedures and company policies outlined in our Flight Attendant Manual, in full alignment with Transport Canada regulations.Perform in-flight service duties, including the sale of onboard products such as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, snacks, and meals.Execute pre-flight duties, including safety and security checks, inspections of aircraft cleanliness, and verification of correct onboard provisioning.Uphold cabin cleanliness standards on all flights and perform cabin grooming of the aircraft upon arrival as required.Additional qualifications in hospitality or customer service are an asset Previous experience as a Flight Attendant is considered an asset.Foster professional working relationships by demonstrating respect to others, taking ownership of performance shortfalls, and actively looking to improve the team's performance.Apply innovative strategies to enhance performance and achieve desired outcomes.Delivering results with impact by setting clear goals, prioritizing tasks effectively, and continuously striving for improvement in performance and outcome.Must hold a valid Canadian passport Fluency in English; French and other languages is considered an asset Live within 90 minutes of your designated crew base or willing to relocate Prepared to demonstrate and work the required schedule flexibility (24/7), including weekends and holidays, and accommodating standby (reserve) flight schedules as needed Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment alcohol and drug screening test Competitive compensation package including medical and dental benefits, both short and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, dependent life insurance, and an employee & family assistance program.Pension plan with matched contributions.Individualized performance bonuses based on achievements.Access to our staff travel program, allowing employees and their travel companions unlimited travel access across the Flair network.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
