In This Role, You Will Design scalable and robust architectures using Node.js and Python to meet business requirements. Integrate Google Dialogflow ES and CX into existing systems to build conversational interfaces. Commit to deliver technical project development for Conversational AI (CAI) solutions, focusing on innovation and scalability. Leverage Google Agent Assist and Google Insights to deliver actionable data and enhance decision‑making. Implement Google Info Bot to streamline information retrieval and improve user experience. Work Model We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a remote position open to qualified applicants in Halifax, NS, Canada. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work‑life balance through various wellbeing programs. What You Need To Have To Be Considered 10+ years of experience in software development, with strong proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript and Python. Expertise in Cognigy for building conversational AI solutions. Hands‑on experience with the Google CCAI Platform, including Agent Assist and Insights. Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams. These Will Help You Stand Out Experience implementing Google Info Bot for enhanced user experience. Familiarity with the Property & Casualty Insurance domain and its specific business needs. A proactive approach to mentoring junior developers and fostering continuous learning. Ability to stay current with emerging technologies and incorporate them into solution design. Salary And Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $74,000 - $117,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
