The successful candidate will work both in the field and the office and therefore must able to work independently and as part of a team.Field work responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:Construction observation;Control and topographic surveys using construction level, total Station and GPS;Construction layout;Volume and as-built surveys;Maintaining client relationsOffice work responsibilities may include, but not limited to:AutoCAD drafting and design; including alignments, grading, section, details and volume calculations;Construction cost estimates;Assisting in the preparation of technical specifications;Constructability and quality checks of drawing and tender packages.Your ProfileCivil Engineering Technology diploma from an accredited collegeProficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D.2 years relative experience.Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.Maintain a valid class 5 drivers license and reliable transportationAvailable to travel and work extended hours.Experience with design of municipal infrastructure would be considered an asset #J-18808-Ljbffr
