Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Functional Test Lead to lead Time and Attendance Program Testing phases for a global Workforce system transformation.

Responsibilities
  • Create a comprehensive Test Strategy for the program, including System Integration, User Acceptance Testing, and Regression Testing phases.
  • Lead all Test Planning activities, including scoping, resource planning, scripting, and aligning with client Leads and Project Managers on approach.
  • Collaborate with SMEs, Workday Leads, and IT HCM lead to guide and provide input to Workforce and Integration Test Scenarios.
  • Determine testing requirements for Workforce and associated data/integrations in collaboration with Workforce Functional Leads and business SMEs.
  • Work closely with the Integration team to ensure that Integration and Data Testing are included in Test Scenarios.
  • Develop a traceability matrix to map requirements to test scenarios.
  • Ensure that Test Scenarios are in appropriate format, level of detail, and ready for the test tool ALM, in collaboration with the Saputo test coordinator.
  • Align user Training prior to Testing with the system integrators.
  • Lead SIT testing, providing knowledge and support to testers in the execution of Workforce testing.
  • Provide first-level support during the testing period for defect review and confirmation.
  • Establish execution targets and strategies to remain on track. Identify Risks and Issues as appropriate.
  • Co-Lead prioritization of defect resolution with the System Integrator's Functional Lead.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead workshops and achieve required outcomes.
  • Proactive and able to flag risks early.
  • Good problem solver who proposes mitigations before risks materialize.
  • Ability to structure work, drive prioritization, and maintain a hands-on approach.
  • Detail-oriented and able to understand critical blockers and impacts.
  • At least 2 years of experience in leading Testing Phases of large projects.
Priorities
  • Workforce system experience is highly preferred.
  • Time and Attendance or HCM functional knowledge is highly desirable.

Mandatory for this role is Work Authorization for Canada.
