About IIIDEM and School The India International Institute of Democracy and Election Management (IIIDEM) invites dynamic professionals to join its team across roles in training, human resource management, research, e-learning, IT, media, and administration. IIIDEM is located on a campus in Dwarka, New Delhi, offering advanced training facilities and services for election officials and stakeholders from India and abroad in collaboration with global institutions. Role and Responsibilities Job title: Program Manager Number of Posts: Two Job Description: The Program Manager will support the School for Election Management in the delivery and execution of various programs and activities related to election management, voter education, and communication, including academic, training, and capacity-building initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Support in development of the programs and initiatives – assist Faculty and the School for Election Management in program development. Coordinate with other Centres in IIIDEM and external partners (universities and institutions) for delivery of programs and initiatives. Deliver and execute School programs within IIIDEM. Document and adopt global best practices in election management, voter education and media communication. Desirable experience: Experience in delivering academic and training programs; experience in public awareness campaigns, electoral communication, or election observation; experience in national and international partnerships for joint program delivery. Qualifications and Experience Minimum Qualification: MBA or equivalent in any discipline. Minimum Experience: 8 years of overall experience, with at least 4 years in Program Management within training, education, learning & development sector. Salary and Benefits Salary: Rs. 82,500 per month (with an annual increment of 10%, subject to satisfactory performance).
