Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement automated test scripts for PEGA applications.
  • Test data identification and work with upstream/downstream system teams to ensure dependencies are being worked out for project delivery.
  • Create comprehensive test plans, test scripts, and use cases to support testing objectives.
  • Identify, document, and track defects found during testing.
  • Work with customer, business, and Dev teams and coordinate with offshore teams from a delivery standpoint and ensure overall project delivery.
  • Perform the Onshore QA Lead role.
Requirements:
  • 8-12 years of automation testing experience with expertise in Pega testing.
  • Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Pega application testing.
  • Recent automation experience of 5 years using Selenium.
  • Excellent knowledge of Java core concepts.
  • Pega QA lead experience and lead Pega engagements.
  • Exposure to Pega testing methodologies and environments.
  • Understanding of Azure pipeline execution and result analysis.
  • Good client communication skills and flexibility to work as an individual contributor.
Preferred Skills:
  • Banking domain experience with asset management operations.
Working Arrangements:
