This role requires excellent communication, analytical skills, sound judgment, and proficiency in UX/UI design tools. The ideal candidate balances competing priorities across Product Management, Software Development, Quality, and Business Solution teams, ensuring requirements are testable and unambiguous for leading‑edge healthcare solutions. A Day in the Life (What you will do) Communicate with and manage cross‑functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop cohesive implementation approaches Manage stakeholder and project expectations through regular meetings and status reports Troubleshoot and recommend solutions to implementation problems or challenges Identify potential risks and issues and proactively develop mitigation strategies Monitor post‑implementation solutions to ensure intended functioning and expected results Document best practices and lessons learned to improve the process and stakeholder satisfaction Identify growth and improvement opportunities for consideration in leadership meetings Facilitate business reviews to analyze current and future state processes Collaborate with stakeholders to obtain and translate requirements into accurate operational specifications Analyze and model business functions, processes, information flows, and data structures using consistent techniques Develop or assist in developing SOPs, work instructions, forms, SOWs, scripting, and process flows for implementation Deliver user flows, wireframes, UX/UI mock‑ups, and prototypes using leading industry design tools Identify information flows and data objects meeting business requirements Collect, maintain, and version‑manage information from various sources and stakeholders Understand relationships, dependencies, and impacts of relevant business functions Prepare technical reports summarizing insights and trends Conduct reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports Investigate ongoing or one‑time operational issues through ad‑hoc analyses Consult on business processes, workflow, productivity, quality solution design Participate in strategic customer meetings and business reviews Collaborate and communicate with internal stakeholders to support organizational initiatives What you need to ensure you are set up for success Minimum years of experience as a technical business analyst supporting technology‑ initiatives Minimum 5 years of experience implementing cross‑functional initiatives Minimum 5 years in system development, database analysis, and 2‑3 years in prototyping and requirements analysis Experience with user personas, empathy maps, user journeys, flows, wireframes, mock‑ups, presentations, and reports Expert knowledge of UX/UI design tools Strong organizational skills Expert knowledge of industry requirements gathering, analysis, and prototyping tools Knowledge of Agile methodology in sprint‑based development Current knowledge of technology and business process trends Strong interpersonal skills to motivate and influence Customer‑facing and facilitation experience Critical thinking, judgment, analytical, conceptual, and problem‑solving skills with a track record of delivery Healthcare business background with PSP or HCP support is an asset Impeccable written and spoken communication skills Excellent listening and facilitation skills Bachelor’s Degree or comparable work experience What makes you a great fit for this team Commitment to high‑level service for internal and external clients Highly adaptable with a track record of success during growth and change Proven track record of building trust and influence at multiple levels Impactful and candid communication style Exceptional organizational skills with effective relationship building with colleagues, management, and stakeholders Why join Sentrex?
