GALE embraces a hybrid, flexible workplaceYour ImpactGALE is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Associate Manager, Programmatic responsible for managing client campaigns, monitoring campaign performance, as well as managing data to deliver campaign insights. They must possess excellent active listening skills to understand client needs. Can translate those needs into trading objectives, the willingness to implement trading strategies into trading systems, as well as dive deep into large data sets, execute analysis, and develop advertiser insights. Programmatic Analysts work to ensure campaigns run smoothly - troubleshooting technical issues, delivering reports, and optimizing campaigns to client objectives, while delivering valuable insights to the client.What you will be doingDevelop, execute and communicate programmatic campaign strategiesDeliver insight into the implications of campaign constraints, such as scale, ramp up time, creative used and cost per conversionContribute to clients' business growth by identifying new opportunities and encourage planning teams to implement creative solutionsMaintain knowledge of media technology buying platforms and analytics toolsAssist in the evaluation of new tools, opportunities or enhancements for integration efforts to improve the value of the marketing datasetSupport and educate planning teams in identifying opportunities and delivering recommendations to clientsWork independently with guidance from management regarding overall goals and objectivesSet up campaigns accurately in different systems, ensuring ad tags and creative are loaded correctly into the systems. If appropriate, make sure the creatives are approved before campaign launch dateTrafficking and executing programmatic campaigns using a variety of Demand Side Platforms in marketProvide strategic campaign measurement recommendations that correlate to the targeting and brand objectivesAggregate research from comScore, etc. to identify targeted media buysGenerating analyses and ROI reports against each media buyCollaborating with Programmatic teams to fine tune the company’s media buying processesIdentify industry benchmarksConduct performance analysis of media buys across inventory & demand sourcesPrepare reports at regularly scheduled intervals (daily/weekly/monthly) for use in ad operations reviewsHandle routine interfacing with ad partners for client specific inquiriesWho you areAt least 3+ years of experience in a programmatic buying roleBachelor’s degreeFluency with media buying-related technologies, including DSPs, DMP, 3rd party ad servers and manual exchangesHands-on execution and in-the-field management of client campaignsHigh-level understanding of campaign, ad server, impression, and user data that can help capitalize on key drivers of performance and identify opportunities for account growthA collaborative and positive attitudeStrategic, proactive, and creative thinkingExcellent knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and WordNote: Hybrid work in office is an essential function of the job.Our Commitment to InclusionWe believe in inclusivity and do our best work when people with diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and skills are brought together.
