Accountant Senior

As an Accountant Senior, you’ll ensure accurate financial reporting for North America Tire, handling month‑end close, inter‑company consolidation, inventory, revenue recognition, and financial analysis. What You’ll Do Provide all assigned periodic reports/information in accordance with deadlines (including monthly operating report (MOR), sales and operations planning (SOP) and the annual operating plan (AOP), required timeline and SOX (Sarbanes‑Oxley) quarterly reviewed documents). Create analytical analyses for (internal) senior/executive management. Create and/or support 10_KQ disclosures. Document, test and review corporate SOX mandates/documents. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related business field. Proven Payroll Experience. 2 or more years of experience in accounting and financial analysis (preferably in a large corporate, manufacturing organization, and/or a public accounting firm). Demonstrated knowledge of all Microsoft Office products, SAP, and Hyperion Essbase. Ability to support accounting/finance decisions with logical evidence and persuasively present position. Strong communication skills when presenting reports. What Will Set You Apart Actively pursuing CPA certification or demonstrating a strong commitment to achieving it soon. Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related business field. Interpersonal skills that establish/maintain excellent relationships and credibility quickly.
