Job DescriptionPosted Friday, October 31, 2025 at 7:00 AMAt Pattison Agriculture we seek talent ready to GROW, CONNECT AND EVOLVE with us We are looking for a Branch Administratorto join our fast-paced, energetic dealership inHumboldt, SK.This is a fantastic opportunity to be the initial customer support for the branch by greeting and directing customers, answering phone calls, and performing a full range of clerical and support activities. You get to deliver quality work in one of Canada’s top John Deere dealer organizations. Creating positive interactions for all Pattison Ag customers in a friendly and collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth.ResponsibilitiesAnswer phone calls, greet customers, and direct to proper parties in a professional and timely mannerPrepare cash/bank deposits and reconciliationsPrepare standard letters, documents, or training materialOrder and maintain office suppliesArrange catering for events/meetingsMaintain customer lounge/coffee areasProcess Sales Department documents including lien searches, buyouts, funding, leases, and cash dealsParticipate in regular inventory trackingAssist other departments as required including room booking/preparation, event planningRequirementsHave exceptional customer service skills, and high level of confidentialityAdministrative expertise and knowledge of office proceduresKnowledge of cash handling, and general accounting processesAre a self-starter with ability to organize and multitaskAbility to work independently and in a team environmentExcellent computer skills with an advanced knowledge of Microsoft OfficeHigh school/equivalent education, Business or Admin certificate would be an assetCONNECT with us todayWhether you're new to this field or experienced in other related fields, we offer continued education and training to help you thrive and expand your knowledge Our 18 locations across Saskatchewan and Manitoba offer endless opportunities for you to GROW .You’ll receive competitive wages, comprehensive benefits, company matched pension, and career opportunities in Parts, Sales, Service, and more.
