Pharmacy Manager Join us at Loblaw Companies Limited to lead our pharmacy operations in Canada. What You'll Do Supervise, hire, and coach pharmacy staff. Ensure accurate and timely preparation and delivery of prescription medication. Maintain adequate inventory levels for prescription and over‑the‑counter supplements. Provide counseling and education to patients, including public health days and clinics. Resolve patient needs and physician requests promptly. Manage departmental budget, sales, and net contribution. Identify and report sales opportunities internally and externally. Control costs at all levels within the pharmacy. Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a Class A pharmacist license a must. Minimum of three years’ experience in a retail pharmacy environment. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong people‑management skills with the ability to motivate and coach others. Excellent customer service skills and a strong sense of professionalism.\Proven ability to grow the business using community‑based marketing strategies. Strong problem‑solving skills, including action‑plan formulation and execution. Proficient computing skills and knowledge of Healthwatch and/or KROLL Pharmacy systems is a definite asset.
