Job Description:

Nestbox AI is seeking a talented Python Developer to join our dynamic, inclusive and rapidly expanding team in our B2B Generative AI Company. As a Python Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining the core infrastructure of our generative AI platform. Location: Toronto, ON or RemoteResponsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient Python-based solutions for our generative AI platform.
  2. Develop scalable tools to manage the complete lifecycle of LLMs, including data preprocessing, model training, validation, and deployment.
  3. Optimize LLM training processes for improved performance, efficiency, and ethical considerations.
  4. Implement robust data pipelines for efficient handling of large datasets necessary for training LLMs, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
  5. Evaluate and integrate new AI technologies to enhance LLM training processes.
  6. Build and maintain the backend infrastructure, ensuring high performance and reliability.
  7. Write clean, well-documented, and testable code to meet project requirements.
  8. Optimize and enhance existing software components for improved functionality and efficiency.
  9. Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely resolutions to ensure smooth operation of the platform.
  10. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Python and AI technologies, incorporating them into the development process when applicable.
  11. Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.
  12. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
  2. Proven experience as a Python Developer, with a solid understanding of Python programming language and its ecosystem.
  3. Proficiency with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch.
  4. Knowledge of NLP and experience with LLMs.
  5. Familiarity with data processing techniques and AI model training methodologies.
  6. Understanding of AI regulations and compliance.
  7. Experience in AI system security.
  8. Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
  9. Familiarity with web frameworks such as Django or Flask.
  10. Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
  11. Proficiency in working with databases, both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
  12. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  13. Understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.
  14. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  15. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders of different technical backgrounds.
