The Board is a statutory body, responsible for the regulation of legal services and lawyers in Western Australia. About the role The Senior Lawyer supports the Director Investigations and Legal and the Principal Lawyers in their roles and the high quality and efficient delivery of legal services. You will lead or undertake investigations of complex matters, including dispute resolution and prosecution or litigation of civil or criminal matters along with supervision of more junior lawyers and investigators. The successful applicant will also conduct complex matters in tribunals and courts and provide high level advice and reports to senior management and members of the Board. Why the Board?
