Responsibilities Manage multiple corporate floors and employee lounge areas. Support executives onsite to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues; cover sick calls. Set up conference rooms, including regular maintenance of whiteboards; occasional heavy lifting may be required. Manage meeting room calendars, schedule audio‑visual equipment, and train end users. Check equipment (printers, copiers, etc.) and coordinate service or repairs. Manage supplies, tidy café, and negotiate with vendors. Set up and clean up catering/refreshment orders; empty dishwashers and return clean dishes to cupboards. Sort mail and update folders with staff changes. Order stationery and maintain printer supplies. Inspect facilities daily, checking for stains, lights, and needed repairs. Qualifications Relevant post‑secondary education and at least 1 year of office administration experience. Strong skills in time management, organization, and project management. Exceptional customer service skills with flexibility. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
