Senior Maintenance Engineer The Mosaic Company (NYSE: MOS) is the world’s leading integrated producer of concentrated phosphate and potash. We employ more than 13,000 people in six countries. Location K3, Esterhazy, Saskatchewan, Canada About The Role The Maintenance Engineer provides in‑depth support for plant facilities mechanical or electrical systems (rotating and stationary) to increase reliability. Tasks include project scoping, scheduling, cost estimating, procurement, supervision, and construction management. Work independently and with the second maintenance engineer. Key Responsibilities Support operations and maintenance mining to improve equipment reliability by performing detailed engineering calculations and correlating data for decision processes; manage maintenance activities and communicate improvement opportunities. Provide technical expertise, project management, and management of change to maintenance planners, tradespersons, and supervisors. Plan and schedule maintenance projects; complete risk‑based assessments, recommend remedial actions, and organize third‑party inspections. Partner with Capital to incorporate appropriate maintenance and reliability improvements for new equipment. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, training, and safety improvements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree, major in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. 5+ years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and teamwork ability. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Maximo. Authorized to work in Canada. Employment contingent upon successful pre‑employment checks. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
