We’re seeking an experienced Manager, Procurement to lead and optimize our purchasing operations. This is an exciting opportunity to shape procurement strategies, drive cost efficiencies, and ensure seamless delivery of goods and services across the organization. What You’ll Do Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals. Oversee end-to-end procurement processes, from requisition to delivery. Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and value. Monitor budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and improve processes. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policies. Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. Report on procurement KPIs and advise senior leadership on best practices. What We’re Looking For Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Minimum 5 years of progressive procurement experience and managing a team. Public sector and construction experience would be ideal. Strong knowledge of procurement law, trade agreements, and project delivery methods. Familiarity with both traditional and alternative procurement approaches. Excellent leadership, decision-making, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage risks, adapt to market changes, and maintain ethical standards. Why Join Us?
