Le St-Patrick, a friendly private residence for seniors located a stone's throw from the Plains of Abraham, is looking for someone to fill the position of Multi-Service Center Manager. Free indoor parking at all times (convenient for walking around town) and stable schedule. The manager plays a key role in the success and operation of the multi-service center. The incumbent is the contact person for business partners and service users regarding prospecting for customers and partners working within the CMS.


POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Schedule: Monday to Friday during the day
Salary: starting at $21 per hour


ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Activity Management: Organize, coordinate and monitor CMS activities.
  • Customer Service: Provide a high level of service and handle complaints effectively.
  • Internal collaboration: Participate in committees and work with residence stakeholders.
  • Monitoring quality standards: Ensure compliance of services, locations and files.
  • Operations optimization: Ensure process efficiency and quality of services to residents.
  • Relationships and development: Maintain and develop relationships with customers and partners.
  • Reporting: Maintain records and produce required reports.
  • Schedule Planning: Manage partner schedules to ensure optimal service.
  • Service development: Optimize partner visibility and improve service offerings.
  • Visibility and influence: Promote the residence to the community and partners.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in sales and customer service
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar field
  • Affinity and passion for working with older people.
  • Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet software
  • Good communicator, professionalism, good planner, organizer.
