We offer a better way of life without sacrificing interesting work and professional fulfillment.To keep pace with our continued growth, we are in need of a mid-level to senior Employment Litigator in British Columbia, ideally with large firm and/or in-house experience.As a Caravel Litigator, You will:Provide a full spectrum of Employment Litigation services to clients of all sizes, across all industries.Manage your own caseload from inception through trial.Have experience at all levels of courts.Deal with matters from intake to close, including taking initial instructions, drafting documentation, dealing with all correspondence, and proactively moving matters.What would YOU Bring:Minimum of 10 years of practical related in-house and/or private practice experience.Litigation experience in areas of Employment.Ability to work independently and with little supervision.While our lawyers work remotely, we operate as a team and promote a collaborative, diverse, and inclusive culture.Caravel continuously strives to provide its clients with value, quality, and flexibility.
