Lambert Nemec Group is partnering with a growing organization in their search for an E-Commerce Marketing Lead. This is an opportunity for a strategic and data-driven digital marketing professional within a high-performing environment. This role will be instrumental in shaping the customer journey and optimizing every stage of the online experience to increase loyalty and revenue. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute integrated e-commerce lifecycle marketing strategies across email, SMS, affiliate, loyalty, and review platforms. Align digital marketing initiatives with broader business objectives to drive conversion and customer lifetime value. Manage relationships with agencies and SaaS partners to ensure cohesive brand execution and performance alignment. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, merchandising, and digital teams to deliver high-impact, customer-focused campaigns. Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to continuously improve ROI and engagement metrics. Stay informed on emerging e-commerce trends, CRM tools, and customer experience innovations to identify new growth opportunities. Requirements Applicants must be entitled to work in Canada legally, this is a hybrid position in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or performance marketing, ideally within a direct-to-consumer e-commerce organization. Proven success managing campaigns that drive digital sales, customer acquisition, and retention. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into strategic marketing actions. Exceptional communication, organization, and project management skills. A passion for leveraging digital platforms to enhance the customer experience and accelerate online growth.
