Le titulaire sera responsable de la préparation des documents de subventions, de la vérification et autorisation pour paiement des réclamations de dépenses pour l’ensemble du personnel de la Corporation et de l’approbation des factures pour paiement.
Fin du concours : 16 h, le 13 juin 2024
Exigences:
Diplôme universitaire en administration des affaires - comptabilité ou finance et trois ans d’expérience dans l’analyse et la préparation des états financiers (un diplôme collégial en comptabilité ou finance et trois ans
d’expérience pertinente pourrait également être considéré);
Excellente connaissance de la comptabilité et différents contrôles pouvant exister dans le milieu financier;
Expérience avec les logiciels informatiques financiers, connaissance approfondie du logiciel pour chiffriers électroniques (Excel) et connaissance du logiciel de traitement de texte (Word);
Avoir une habileté à interpréter les textes des directives et toute documentation financière;
Habileté à communiquer facilement en français et en anglais (verbalement et par écrit);
Posséder une bonne connaissance de l’Internet afin d’exécuter différentes recherches requises par ses fonctions;
Bon jugement;
Capacité à travailler sur plusieurs projets simultanément;
Capacité de faire beaucoup de lecture, analyse et faire de brefs résumés;
Bonnes habiletés de gestion afin d’organiser, de planifier et de prioriser ses fonctions afin de respecter les échéanciers prévus;
Capacité de fonctionner avec un minimum de supervision;
Capacité de travailler en groupe ou seul, et sous pression.
Une vérification du casier judiciaire doit être fournie à l’embauche seulement (elle doit dater de moins de trois mois avant la date où elle est requise) et est une condition d'emploi.
