Mamann Sandaluk LLP is a full-service immigration law firm in downtown Toronto. We are currently seeking an experienced Corporate Immigration Lawyer to handle a variety of routine and complex permanent and temporary immigration applications.

Job Type:

Full-time, Permanent, Remote/Hybrid

Salary:

Commensurate with experience, generous benefits package

To qualify for this role, you must have: Admission to a Canadian provincial bar Admission to a US state bar is an asset 3+ years of Canadian immigration experience in i.e. business visitors, all types of work permits, LMIA, Express Entry, PNP, Investors/Entrepreneurs, etc.

Main responsibilities include: Performing case assessments and consultations Writing and editing submissions for immigration applications Researching law, procedures, and developments in immigration law Achieving a high rate of success, client satisfaction, and meeting productivity targets
