We are seeking an experienced Information Systems Manager who will lead the dedicated team responsible for our information systems. The successful candidate will manage the team members, ensuring their work aligns with the organizational goals and needs. This position requires a hands-on approach to oversee the planning, implementation, maintenance, and upgrades of enterprise solutions such as SAP (ERP, CRM, HRIS). The role is pivotal in integrating these systems to optimize business processes and drive the company forward. Experience in a global manufacturing environment is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the lifecycle management of business applications, including planning, implementation, maintenance, and upgrades.

• Lead the integration of SAP solutions (ERP, CRM, HRIS) and ensure their alignment with organizational needs.

• Drive automation initiatives to optimize business processes and improve operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

• Manage system integration projects, ensuring compatibility between new and existing technologies.

• Ensure data security, compliance, and system reliability across all platforms.

• Develop policies and procedures to streamline operations and enhance system performance.

• Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance on best practices and technical solutions.

• Provide hands-on technical expertise to augment the team when necessary.

• Monitor emerging technologies and recommend innovations to improve business outcomes.

• Collaborate with external vendors and partners for system implementation and support.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

• Candidates with several years of relevant experience in managing complex information systems and team management will be considered.

Experience

• Substantial experience in managing a team responsible for complex information systems, demonstrating autonomy and proven management skills.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience managing enterprise information systems, with at least 5 years focused on SAP solutions (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS).

• Experience working within a company with significant manufacturing operations.

• Experience with global manufacturing is an asset.

• More than 3 years of experience as team manager.

• Proven track record in system integration and automation projects.

Technical Skills

• Expertise in SAP solutions such as SAP ECC6 and/or S/4HANA, SAP Sales & Services, SAP CPQ, or other relevant platforms.

• Strong knowledge of system integration tools (e.g., APIs, middleware).

• Familiarity with automation technologies and industrial IT systems.

• Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices.

• Proficiency and experience with Lean Agile frameworks. Experience with SAFe is an asset.

Soft Skills

• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication skills to interact with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strategic and System thinking with a focus on aligning initiatives with business goals.
