Overview We are seeking an experienced Lead Captain for our Challenger 650 fleet to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. In this role you will lead the flight crew, maintain the highest safety standards, and support the operational excellence of our business aviation services. Responsibilities Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft, maintaining the highest standards of safety for all passengers from takeoff to landing. Perform all duties in strict accordance with the Company Operations Manual and regulatory requirements. Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned, supporting operational excellence and team collaboration. Qualifications & Skills Licensing & Certifications Valid Canadian ATPL License Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate Flight Experience Minimum 4,500 hours total flying time At least 2,000 hours jet time Minimum 2,000 hours as Pilot‑in‑Command (PIC) Type rating on applicable aircraft preferred Challenger 650 experience considered a strong asset International flying experience preferred Professional Attributes Proven track record as a highly experienced Captain Strong customer service orientation Ability to perform effectively under pressure Willing and able to travel without restriction Benefits Health & Wellness Coverage – Group health benefits for you and your eligible dependents, including medical, dental, and vision plans.
