Role SummaryIn this role, you will report to the Manager, Customer Success and Support. You'll collaborate with a team of experts dedicated to delivering white-glove service to our most important customers. As a CSE, you’ll be a product expert, who loves solving problems and going the extra mile to ensure no stone is left unturned. You’ll serve as a coach and trusted advisory during the training, implementation, and adoption phases of the customer lifecycle and be a trusted partner for all support requests.LocationThis is a fully remote position within the United States, but must be located in the Eastern or Central time zone.What You’ll DoPartner closely with the entire Customer Success organization to provide a world class customer experienceProvide assistance for high volume support requests ranging from simple to complexProvide customers with best practices to maximize usage of Censys productsWork to reduce time to value for the customers by guiding operational workflows for the customersHelp customers deploy, test, troubleshoot, and advise on integrations such as Cloud Connectors, Splunk, Jira, Service NowServe as a customer advocate in influencing product roadmap and improvementsAs a member of the CSE team you will become an SME for parts of the platform and become the go to member for your area of expertiseWhat You’ll Bring2+ years of experience in a technical, customer facing roleBasic knowledge of security tooling, cloud providers, and the information security industryBasic knowledge of common network protocols: HTTPS, SSH, SMTP, FTP, SMB, RDP, and basic understanding of SSL/TLS and certificatesComfortable using REST APIs and PythonExcellent communication and presentation skillsExcellent organizational and troubleshooting skillsA resourceful, figure-it-out and we-can-do-this attitudeSelf-starter with ability to multi-task in a high-pressure, fast-paced, fast growth environmentA burning desire to work with really great customers and build easy to use applications and integrationsFor candidates located in a high cost of living location, the base salary range will be $110,000 USD to $130,000 USD + bonus eligibility and equity.For candidates located in any other location, the base salary range will be 88,000 to 105,000 + bonus eligibility and equity.In addition to our great compensation package, our benefits are effective on day one and include but are not limited to: 401k match, health, vision, dental, and moreThis is a fully remote position with no expectation to come into an office, but must be located in either the Eastern or Central Time Zone within the United States. #J-18808-Ljbffr
