We need team members available for a mix of the following shifts (including weekends): Days: 8 AM–4 PM Central Time Evenings: 4 PM–12 AM Central Time Overnights: 12 AM–8 AM Central Time You must be available to work a mix of these shifts throughout the week and on weekends. What You’ll Be Doing Moderating and responding to comments across our clients’ social channels using their unique brand voice. Writing thoughtful, engaging content to spark conversations and drive engagement. Ensuring online communities are safe, respectful, and aligned with client guidelines. Escalating issues, insights, or trends to the internal team when needed. Becoming a true extension of our clients’ brands – understanding their strategy, tone, and audience. What You Bring to the Table Demonstrated high‑level proficiency in English with strong cultural awareness. Exceptionally strong written communication skills (spelling, grammar, clarity) in English. You live in Canada and are legally allowed to work here. You’re open and available to work any shift, any day – including weekends. You have professional experience managing social platforms, specifically moderating and engaging. You know how to write for brands and can adapt your tone for different audiences. You’re familiar with all major social platforms. You’re engaged with the type of content you’ll be moderating – tech, retail, food, hospitality, tourism. You’re organized, reliable, and have excellent customer service instincts. You have fast, reliable internet with no data restrictions. You also have an active Facebook account. The hourly pay range for this position is $16.75 to $17.00 CAD or the minimum wage in your province, whichever is higher. Actual hourly pay will be based on relevant experience, knowledge, and skills.
