A leading construction firm specializing in high-rise residential projects. W e are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Drywall Estimator to join our dynamic team. Position Overview:

The Drywall Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for drywall installations in high-rise residential projects. This role requires proficiency in estimating software, specifically PlanSwift or Plexxis, and a deep understanding of construction methodologies and costs. Key Responsibilities: Estimating and Cost Analysis:

Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for drywall installations in high-rise residential projects. Software Proficiency:

Utilize estimating software such as PlanSwift or Plexxis to develop estimates, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Bid Preparation:

Compile and submit comprehensive bid proposals, including detailed cost breakdowns and supporting documentation. Project Coordination:

Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure alignment on project scope and specifications. Vendor and Subcontractor Management:

Solicit and evaluate quotes from vendors and subcontractors, ensuring competitive pricing and quality standards. Documentation:

Maintain organized records of all estimates, bids, and project documentation for future reference and audit purposes. Industry Knowledge:

Stay updated on industry trends, material costs, and advancements in construction technology and methodologies. Qualifications: Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a drywall estimator, preferably with a focus on high-rise residential projects. Software Proficiency:

Proficiency in using PlanSwift or Plexxis estimating software is essential. Construction Knowledge:

Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and cost estimation practices. Analytical Skills:

Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with a keen attention to detail. Communication:

Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with team members, clients, and subcontractors. Organizational Skills:

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Education:

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required. Benefits:
