Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand goals, gather requirements, and translate them into technical specifications Bridge communication between stakeholders and the D365 development team, ensuring alignment throughout the development lifecycle Analyze and map business processes to Dynamics 365 capabilities, identifying gaps and recommending solutions Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), configure and customize D365 (entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows, security roles), and ensure technical feasibility with developers Stay current with D365 out‑of‑the‑box functionality and maintain a high‑level understanding of customization concepts Cross‑collaborate with the D365 Product Team and other key stakeholders to support user story creation and required documentation Participate in agile/scrum ceremonies to drive project success Support post‑deployment and UAT activities by preparing test scenarios, validating outcomes, and investigating issues for timely resolution Skills And Experience 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst in a D365 environment Strong knowledge of D365 core modules, business process mapping, and out‑of‑the‑box functionality; experience with Sales, Marketing, and Project Operations modules is an asset Demonstrated ability to convert business requirements into technical specifications and functional design documents (FDDs) Proven experience configuring and customizing D365 (entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows, security roles) Effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Skilled in creating user stories, training materials, and support documentation Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills; self‑driven and able to manage multiple priorities Microsoft certifications in D365 considered an asset Experience with Power Platform and basic integration concepts considered an asset MyRewards@MNP With a focus on high‑potential earnings, MNP is proud to offer customized rewards that support our unique culture and a balanced lifestyle to thrive at work and outside of the office.
