Requirements Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program and a member in good standing of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario. Recent experience managing patients in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs is preferred. Reliable, flexible, creative, self-directed professional who works effectively with rehab assistants and a high-performance interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. Sound knowledge of community resources is an asset. Effective interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. A positive work and attendance record is essential. Ability to adapt to new computer applications. This role follows a hybrid work approach where you work remotely and meet clients in their acute/rehab or community-based settings.
