Create and update compensation policies as neededOrganizational DevelopmentUnderstand and maintain job evaluation process through scheduling and assisting leaders with questionnaires and job descriptionsCommunicates results of evaluations and coordinates next stepsWork with leaders on headcount addition role recommendations (data, rationale, critical thinking)Complete post audits on role recommendations and submit to T&OD Mgr and VP HRMaintain and upkeep our salaried job descriptions folder and assist leaders by researching duties as neededPersonal DevelopmentAttend company required trainingRemain current with technical knowledge in areas of responsibilityAttend regular 1:1 coaching/update sessionsQualificationsMinimum of 5 years of HR experienceBachelor\'s degree in a related field (human resources, business administration, finance or other related field)CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) considered an assetCommunication: Ability to clearly explain compensation policies and decisions to employees and managementAttention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in data and compliance with regulationsDiscretion: Handling sensitive information with confidentialityTeamwork: Collaborating effectively with HR and other departmentsData Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing compensation data and market trendsExcel: Advanced skills in Excel for data organization, analysis, and visualizationCompensation Programs: Knowledge of various compensation programs and structuresRegulatory Compliance: Understanding of labor laws and regulations related to compensationWorking conditionsOffice environment with occasional requirement to be present on the Kill Floor or Cut Floor.
