Proactively manage the entire billing process Build strong relationship with external clients and conduct accounts receivable calls Contact customers by phone, request payment & negotiate appropriate payment arrangement Perform weekly Accounts Receivable updates for management
Required:
3-4 years accounts receivable, billing or collection experience Bilingual, Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Strong team player, able to take direction as well as offer insight Able to navigate between various systems and strong with Excel Self-motivated and organized with the ability to multi-task Experience with QuickBooks is an asset

Gérez de manière proactive l'ensemble du processus de facturation Établir des relations solides avec les clients externes et effectuer des appels de comptes clients Contactez les clients par téléphone, demandez le paiement et négociez les modalités de paiement appropriées Effectuer des mises à jour hebdomadaires des comptes recevable pour la direction
Profil?:
3 à 4 ans d'expérience en matière de comptes débiteurs, de facturation ou de recouvrement Bilinguisme, excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite Solide esprit d'équipe, capable de prendre des directions et d'offrir un aperçu Capable de naviguer entre différents systèmes et solide avec Excel Motivé et organisé avec la capacité d'effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois Expérience avec QuickBooks est un atout
