Post Sales Engineer (Infrastructure Monitoring) | Up to $6kWe seek an outstanding systems engineering professional with 3-5 years of experience implementing/working with enterprise IT infrastructures and virtualization platforms. The Post sales engineer will work in different areas - implementation, fine-tuning and troubleshooting to ensuring customers achieve full value solution.ResponsibilitiesLead post-sale implementation, configuration, and integration of IT monitoring software solutions.Work closely with customers to understand their infrastructure (servers, networks, applications, cloud environments, etc.) and tailor deployments accordingly.Assist in onboarding, training, and knowledge transfer to customer technical teams.Develop and document best practices, integration guides, and monitoring templates.Manage customer expectations through clear communication and proactive follow-up.Identify product enhancement opportunities and relay feedback to internal teamsQualifications3-5 years of experience working in technical post-sales, implementation, or systems engineering role.Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and infrastructure monitoring.Must be interested in working in a customer support and customer engagement role.Must be interested in learning new technologies and applying them to solve real world problems.Must have good analytical problem-solving skills.Understanding of Java/J2EE technologies and web applications is a plus.Exposure to any scripting technology (batch/unix shell/powershell) is a plusExposure to cloud architecture, Containers, DevOps is a plusExposure to Citrix, VMware, and other virtualization technologies is a plus.Prior experience with enterprise monitoring tools is a plus.Must be ambitious, competitive, energetic; should be a results-oriented team player.Must be willing to travel to different customer places and work on multiple projects concurrently.Interested parties, please email to ***@temp-team.com.sg #J-18808-Ljbffr
