The Position: Logixx Security Inc. is currently hiring for a full time and a

Full Time/ Part Time Security Guard

to support our operations in the Thompson, Manitoba.

Job description Working on assigned shifts, you will act as as a physical presence who capable of to secure the assigned site.

The Ideal Security Guard After Training: Monitors overall activity on the site to ensure a safe and secure environment. Maintains strict compliance with the law and company policies concerning trespassing, infractions and enforcement of company/ client procedures rules and regulations. Initiate investigations of security-related incidents Operate in a professional, business-centered environment where customer service, confidentiality, and integrity are held to a high standard. Assist EMS or other officials during emergency situations. Perform other related duties and special project functions as assigned. Ensure the overall safety and protection of people, property, and equipment at processing plants. Demonstrates an extremely strong verbal and written communication. Is able to function in stressful environments and under pressure. Demonstrates a high level of conflict resolution and problem-solving capabilities. Fluent in security industry standards and methods Professional experience in the areas of people and conflict management with tact and discretion and the ability to function in stressful situations. Must hold and maintain applicable security guard certifications and licenses. Dependable team player with business acumen and enthusiasm Must be flexible on schedule, including availability for weekends and holidays. - Full Time positions available - Weekdays and Weekends - Rate: $16.50 per hour

* $400 Sign on Bonus after completion of probationary period

Requirements for position: Manitoba resident or valid work permit, able to relocate Take pride in delivering outstanding customer service Have excellent communication skills Be comfortable with radio communication Be able to write reports Have a keen eye for observing exterior and interior premises Approach a situation with a listening mindset
