This hybrid position combines in-office and remote work arrangements per departmental guidelines.Your ResponsibilitiesLead strategic planning initiatives to support leadership teams in their decision‑making.Review strategic options based on internal and external analysis, and make recommendations.Facilitate group discussions and brainstorming sessions.Create and deliver presentations for various committees.Stay current on media industry trends to support strategic thinking.Write strategic communications material (executive summaries, reports, presentations, newsletters, etc.).QualificationsUniversity degree in media studies, management, marketing or a related field.Minimum five years’ related experience in the media industry, with a strong understanding of the environment.Strong analytical skills.Excellent writing skills.Ability to see the big picture in order to simplify and explain complex topics.Creative mind and ability to challenge the status quo with new ideas and recommendations.Strong skills in delivering compelling presentations to large groups and leadership teams.Ability to facilitate group discussions and brainstorming sessions.Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a constantly changing environment.Ability to work effectively with internal and external partners.Bilingualism (English and French, spoken and written) an asset.Candidates may be subject to skills and knowledge testing.We thank all applicants for their interest, but only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.As part of our recruitment process, candidates who advance to the next step will be asked to complete a background check.
