As a Key Partner to the Head of Value & Risk Advisory, Canada, You Will Play a Crucial Role in Shaping the Future of Our Canadian Operations, Implementing Best Practices, and Fostering a Culture of Continuous Improvement.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Provides Advice and Counsel to the Head of Value & Risk Advisory, Canada.
- Focuses on the Delivery of the Value & Risk Advisory Market Strategy, Translating Local and Global Strategic Priorities into a Comprehensive Delivery Plan for the Market and Ensuring its Implementation Alongside Key Stakeholders.
- Leads the Delivery of the Valuation Advisory Target Operating Model Including the Effective Implementation of:
- Attractive and Consistent Compensation Schemes, Aligned to Global Best Practice, That Motivate and Appropriately Reward Our Employees Whilst Ensuring Profitability for the Business.
- Job Pipeline and Workflow Data Management, Ensuring Appropriate Processes and Systems Are in Place to Accurately Forecast Work in Progress and Other Key Metrics Such as Accounts Receivable and Commission Due Dates.
- Business Processes and Data Management That Support Streamlined Production and High Client Service.
- Leveraging JLL Business Services (JBS) Production Support as a Key Part of the Team Resource for Expenses, Invoicing, AR, Inspection Booking, Data Management, and Financial Modelling for Valuations. This Role Should Prioritize Areas for JBS Implementation and Growth of Support, Focusing on Profitability and Quality, Acting as a Conduit for the Canada Business to JBS.
- Supports the Canada Client Care Programme, Ensuring Capforce Is Updated with Latest Opportunities and Key Client Conversations.
- Develops Relationships with Key Contacts Across the Market and Broader Global Business in HR, Finance, Innovation, Technology, Operations, and Business Leadership to Enable the Evolution of VRA Canada Operating Model and Operations Maturity in Alignment with Broader Global Priorities.
- Partners with HR & Head of VRA Canada to Drive the Overall People Strategy for Canada Valuation Advisory. Ensures HR Strategies Are Implemented and Dates for Promotions, Feedback, Bonus Conversations, and Salary Increases Are Consistent with Regional Timelines and Communicated in Advance to Employees.
- Partners with JLLT and the VA Products Team to Drive Adoption of Best-in-Class Data and Technology Strategy for Canada Valuation Advisory.
- Oversees Daily Operations of the Canada Valuation Advisory Businesses and Makes Adjustments as Necessary. Partners with Finance and VRA Leadership to Set, Achieve, and Surpass Revenue and Profitability Targets, Business Goals, and Objectives.
