Embedded Software Test Engineer

Job Title Embedded Software Engineer – Test Engineer Base Pay Range CA$80,000.00/yr - CA$110,000.00/yr Experience & Qualifications Minimum 3 years in testing software in the loop. Previous experience in microcontroller coding at bit level and bit protocols such as Cavas, Airlink, TCPIP. Experience with Git, Jira, Agile, Confluence. Exposure to SonarQube and VectorCAST for unit testing considered an asset. Strong bilingual French/English skills preferred. Previous C experience. Must obtain CGP clearance. 7 years total experience, 3 of which in embedded software environment. Responsibilities Develop and maintain test scripts and test cases in Python to validate embedded software. Conduct software‑in‑the‑loop testing, debug issues, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Use SonarQube, VectorCAST for unit testing and maintain test documentation.
