Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Retail Analyst to join our planning team. In this role, you will

extract, analyze, and translate sales data into actionable business insights that drive

growth and optimize supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Extract and analyze sales data, inventory levels, and on-shelf availability metrics from

customer portals

- Create regular performance reports and dashboards highlighting key performance

indicators

- Work collaboratively with demand planner to ensure fulfillment goals are met for each

account

- Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed to support the team and the

customers

- Provide backup support and be go to for customer service/logistics/operations

teammates and assist teams in troubleshooting any obstacles to ensure operational

excellence

- Support strategic decision-making by translating complex data into clear business

insights

Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in retail or wholesale analytics, merchandise planning, or

similar role

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field

- Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

- Experience with retail/wholesale management systems and POS data analysis

(knowledge of Retail Link will be an asset)

- Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

- Experience working on a Walmart account preferred

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Comfortable presenting data-driven recommendations to various stakeholders

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

- Passion for retail trends and consumer behavior
